Now that we have finished our experiment on Activity 12: Float or Sink?, do remember to complete the questions found on page 2 and 3. Hand it to your science monitors by Monday, 19 May.
Quite a number of you are curious on why and how the same objects (rubber ball and rubber band) can yield different results. Here are some pictures to help you remember:
Why did our group's rubber band float while other groups' rubber band sink?
Even the rubber ball too?
Do pen down your views in 3A KF > Materials view > Float or Sink experiment (16 May).
Remember to give your notes relevant titles, not "READ THIS" or "WHY", "AGREE/DISAGREE", "MATERIALS" and so on.
The pointers given in the view are not exhaustive. You can pen down additional ideas/theories related to the properties - Float/Sink of other materials too.
Happy weekends! Rest well first, play hard (you deserve it if you've been working hard for your 1st ever SA1!) and get back to some work!
I look forward to reading your notes (:
