Hello 3A professors!
Let us listen to the comments made by Stuart and Dave:
Stuart: Plants are non-living things because they do not move from place to place.
Dave: Clouds are living things as they move from place to place and they grow (big clouds and small clouds).

Sheldon Tan : I disagree with them because plants need air, food and water and clouds only need water.
ReplyDeleteIan Toh : I disagree with their comments. Although plants do not move from place to place, they show movements by growing taller and branching out towards light. So plants are living things. Clouds, however, move when the wind blows. They do not have life, so clouds are non-living things.
DeleteJavier Chua: I disagree that plants are non living things because if without air and water, they will die. I disagree clouds are living things because they do not reproduce

ReplyDeleteTan Xin Le: I disagree with them. Plants are living things. The grow but at a slower pace. The need air, food and water like other livings things. They will die and reproduce. Clouds are non-living things. They are part of the water cycle. The grow bigger because of water droplets in them.
ReplyDeleteK-Ian Tan: I disagree that plants are non-living things because even though they do not move from place to place, but they need air food and water to live, just like other living things. Clouds are non-living things because even though they move from place to place, they don't need food and air and they don't excrete waste product
ReplyDeleteChloe Ang :
ReplyDeleteI do not agree. Plants are living things because they are like humans, need food, air and water.
Clouds are non-living things because they do not need air, food and water to survive.
Andra Tan:
ReplyDeleteI do not agree with Dave and Stuart. Clouds move due to wind. On the other hand, plants are living because they need air, food and water.

ReplyDeleteKeng Hin:
ReplyDeleteI disagree with Stuart and Dave. Plants respond to changes, they move themselves toward the direction of sunlight. Clouds cannot move by themselves, they do not need food , air and water to survive.

ReplyDeleteAudrey:
ReplyDeleteI disagree with both of them because plants are living things and they need air, water and food to live .clouds are non-living things because they do not need air ,food and water ,the wind makes them move.
Hanis Zuhairah :
ReplyDeleteBoth of them are wrong. Plants are living things because they will bend towards the sunlight when making food. They can move by themselves.
Clouds are non-living things because they can only move when they are blown by the wind. They also don't grow and only have different sizes.
All living things need air, water and food to survive.

Lew Wei Ni:Both of them are wrong.Plants are living thing because they need air, food and water to grow.Clouds are non-living thing because they can move only when the wind had blown them.
ReplyDeleteChua Yu Le:plants are living things as they need air, food and water grow. How it grow is the same way as how people grow.Clouds are not living,it do not need air food and water to grow and it cannot move on their own.The clouds can only move by it when the wind blow them or when it is going to rain.
ReplyDeleteGibson:The plants are living things because they need water and sunlight to grow.
ReplyDeleteThe clouds are non-living things because the wind blew them, so they can move and they become bigger because another cloud gathered with each other.
